Where's WaitStress???

Greetings fellow Wait peoples


I haven't blogged in 4 evah reasons being I took of break from
blogging about grumpy butt guest's who seriously need a SHOT of happy juice!

I was over it as you all well know the Holidays and working in this fine
line of work WE CHOOSE to be in I got BURNT OUT ugg I really
don't know sometimes if it's the guests or my co-workers that are the worst
at getting on my last nerve having said that I've been soul searching I am a
deep thinker always have been and studying people and how they tick
considering I have waited on people for over thirty years in every
Restaurant and Hotel, Resort, Diner show, Coffee shop, Bar, Yuppie,Buffet, you name it.

I look back and think this business really has a way of sucking you in
if YOUR good with people and I am. I really do love to learn from people
if you listen everyone has a story to tell no one listens though sad but true!

eh anyway that is where I've been
Now I am fresh and ready to type LOL keys are on fire!

Waitstaff blessings and Holy water on everyone as we contuine to work in some hellish kitchens in every area of Hospitality place your inn LOL

Greeting all !!!

I havent bloged in awhile and I will blog why soon thank you all for the support
of my writings. I loaded Food inc because it has serious issue's that apply too us all.
The food industry has changed so much threw the generations.
I do work in the food industry as you well know I have worked in Restaurants
for years and years. I posted this to get the information out to the public

Gratitude Attitude

In this game of waitressing it is gratitude and attitude. I have found threw years of serving guests come in the Restaurant with an attitude and NO graitiude towards us at times do they FERGET we are here to make a living but if we as servers have one or an off day it is unacceptable. I 'm here to tell you it happens everyday. Customers come in daily to restarunts with attitudes.

LAME PEOPLE LEECHS SUCKING THE LIFE OUT OF YOU!! STRAIGHT UP TOXIC

It has been awhile sense my last post hmmm

and what

I have been thinking about is all the TOXIC LEECHS in my life and removing them one at a time and do I feel better and much much happier =D they are gone from my life forever!!!!

It is good to evaluate friendships and so called loved ones that are not necessarily good for you and remove them it is quite healthy and very liberating.

I encourage all of you to do it and begin living again breathing again enjoying life again. This is my life and I intend to live it healthy body soul and mind. =D

Happy New Year everyone here's to our health! 2010 no toxic people!!!
